Appleton Police are looking for a car thief who was seen on surveillance video stealing an SUV.
The crime happened on Black Friday, Nov. 23, at a convenience store. The SUV was found several days later without license plates.
Police are trying to track down the thief and a second suspect, as well as the Ford truck the thief was in before stealing the car.
