MILWAUKEE -- Want a discount on your dinner Tuesday night? You'll need to lock up your phone.
In partnership with Cramer Krasselt, the Third Ward's Cafe Benelux will host "An Evening Unplugged" from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The rules are simple: Lock up your phone while you dine, and enjoy a five percent discount on your meal.
Each table will be provided with a lock box that will house all phones for the duration of your party's meal. If you can make it until the end, the discount is yours.
"A study by Deloitte says that 81% of Americans spend time looking at their phones while dining out," the event's Facebook page reads.
Following the meal, guests are invited to share their experience on social media using the hashtag #FriendsNotPhones.
