MILWAUKEE -- Amtrak is making it easier to get to and from Chicago on its Hiawatha line this summer.
The company is adding late-night routes to its Hiawatha line on Saturdays this summer. The new routes started last weekend and will run all the way until Labor Day weekend.
Under the new routes, you can now hop a train from Milwaukee to Chicago as late as 10:40 p.m. Saturday night. The other added route will leave Milwaukee for Chicago at 11:10 p.m.
Earlier this month, Amtrak announced another promotion - kids can ride free this summer on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. They're also now allowing your pets and bikes on board.
