An AMBER alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old girl was last seen in Milwaukee.
Noelani J. Robinson was last seen March 11 in Milwaukee with a man they believe took her, 34-year-old Dariaz L. Higgins. He also goes by Dariaz Taylor and Dariaz Lewis.
Higgins reportedly did not return Robinson to her mother as planned.
He was last seen driving a driving a black SUV, no make/model or license plate at this time.
Higgins is considered armed and dangerous. If you see them, please call 911 immediately.
