CUDAHY — The families of students at Cudahy High School received a letter Thursday, after two students said they found a single bullet in the boys' locker room just before 3:00p.m.
The school immediately contacted the Cudahy Police Department and an investigation started.
After an exhaustive search of the building nothing else was found.
In the statement the school district said, "We are confident that CHS is safe and secure, and all normal school activities are proceeding as normal. School will be in session tomorrow, Friday, November 15."
Cudahy High School officials say they will continue to assess the situation.
