MILWAUKEE -- Police say a man in Milwaukee accidentally shot himself when he thought he was going to be robbed.
The incident happened at 72nd and Carmen at 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.
The 20-year-old told police he was walking when he saw two people coming towards him and believed he was going to be robbed.
The victim pulled out a gun and accidentally shot himself.
He was treated at the hospital and the investigation is ongoing.
