Our Julia Fello had the tough assignment to go behind-the-scenes of the Gaffney Chicago Medical Center.
Nick Gehlfuss, who plays Dr. Will Halstead showed us how needles do not hurt as much when you are on the set of a television show.
We also asked him the question every "Chi-Hard" fan wanted to know on Twitter: Does Halstead have a new love interest?
"Yes the answer is yes to that... but they didn't ask who so I'm not going to answer something they didn't ask!" Gehlfuss said.
