8 shot, 1 dead in multiple shootings in Milwaukee

Milwaukee police are investigating multiple shootings that took place Tuesday night.

Eight were shot and one person died in separate shootings that took place in various locations in the city.

Milwaukee police said a 57-year-old man sustained a non-life-threatening injury at a shooting that took place in the 2400 block of N. Buffum just before 8 p.m.

At 10:31 p.m., police officers responded to the scene of a fatal shooting in the 2400 block of W. Maple. One victim, a 33-year-old man, was dead at the scene. A 24-year-old woman was injured.

Police then responded to the scene of a multiple victims shooting in the 2600 block of W. Atkinson at 10:41 p.m. The victims, a 36-year-old man, two 26-year-old men, and a 23-year-old man all suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police said there are currently no suspects, however, a pink Infinity G35 was seen fleeing the scene.

A 41-year-old man suffered a non-life-threatening injury after a shooting in the 800 block of W. Keefe at 11:50 p.m., police said.

No suspects have been arrested in connection to these shootings.
