MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a homicide.
Police say they were called to the 3000 block of North Palmer Street shortly before 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. A 79-year-old man was shot and taken to a hospital for treatment. He later died from his injuries.
Officers say this is an active and ongoing investigation. Police are looking for an unknown suspect.
