MILWAUKEE -- A 53-year-old man is dead from a shooting on Milwaukee's north side.
It happened just before 10 p.m. Tuesday in the in the 4100 block of N. 16th Street.
Milwaukee police say the man was found unconscious and suffering from several gunshot wounds. The Milwaukee Fire Department performed life-saving measures, but unfortunately, the victim died from his injuries.
The circumstances that led up to the shooting remain unclear at this time. Police say their investigation is ongoing and they are still looking for the suspect or suspects involved in this incident.
