MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal shooting that left a 39-year-old Milwaukee man dead.
It happened Tuesday just before 10 a.m. -- near the intersection of N. 39th and Ruby.
Police say the victim died at the scene from his injuries.
Police are still searching for a suspect and trying to figure out a motive.
