MILWAUKEE -- Three men face felony charges after crashing into a downtown Milwaukee jewelry store and shooting at officers as they sped off and fled the scene.

Kristopher Weah, 21, is accused of driving the car that smashed into the storefront. Police say he admitted to being drunk at the time. Weah is charged with hit and run and reckless driving, both causing injury.

The second man, Ramone Antonio Garcia, 22, admitted to driving the other car involved. Garcia is charged with two counts of recklessly endangering safety, as a party to a crime.

The third man, Juan Ramon Garcia, 21, was a passenger and told police he saw a man in the street with a gun so he grabbed his gun and shot in his direction. He is charged with firing the shots at the police car and faces three counts of recklessly endangering with a firearm.
