3 arrested at Bayshore Mall over stolen license plate, drug possession

GLENDALE, WI -- Three suspects were taken into custody Sunday night at Bayshore Mall after police stopped a car with stolen license plates. 

It happened around 8:30 p.m. in one of the parking garages at the mall.

According to police, made a high-risk traffic stop on a vehicle that had a stolen license plate.

The driver and two passengers were taken into custody without incident.  The driver admitted to knowingly buying the plate on the street illegally.

The driver also admitted ownership of the 20 grams of marijuana found in the car. The driver was issued municipal citations for Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Marijuana.
