A Care2 petition is calling on MillerCoors to keep brewing Pabst Blue Ribbon and not force the beer out of business.
The petition was created after one PBR fan heard that MillerCoors and Pabst were headed to court as MillerCoors plans on not renewing a contract that would stop the brewing of Pabst.
“PBR has a long legacy,” writes Kelsy B. on her Care2 petition. “From being the preferred beer for a lot of working class midwesterners to its more modern revival as the trendy cheap beer for hipsters, many people will be sad if it's no longer brewed.”
