MILWAUKEE — A 26-year-old Milwaukee man has died after he was shot at 24th & Capitol.
Police say shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday, they responded to a shotspotter alert where officers located evidence of a shooting. Minutes later, a shooting victim was brought into St. Joseph's Emergency Room suffering from a serious gunshot wound. The man later died from his injuries.
The motive for this homicide is under investigation and no arrests have been made.
