MADISON, Wis. - Roughly 200 people began fighting after they exited an establishment on the 600 block of University Avenue on Saturday night in downtown Madison, police said.
Officials tell WISC-TVmultiple officers arrived both on foot and squad cars, and used pepper spray to control the situation.
A suspicious vehicle was observed circling the area and police said they recorded the license plates.
The investigation is ongoing. No other information has been released.
