MILWAUKEE — A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was shot and killed near 15th and Grant on Monday.
Milwaukee police say it happened around 8:30 p.m. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Luis Conde-Hilario.
Police are seeking unknown suspects.
