BELLEVUE — A 2-year-old boy is considered "extremely fortunate" after shooting himself in the leg.
According to our partners at WISC-TV, the boy found a gun and shot himself.
The bullet went through his leg in the knee area and then grazed his chest.
Authorities say that had the angle of the shot been slightly different, it could have been fatal.
The boy will not need surgery because the bullet missed his knee joint.
Charges have not been filed.
