RACINE -- A 19-year-old man was shot and killed in Racine Wednesday night, police say.
It happened just after 8:00 p.m. in the 1200 block of Center St. Officers say they performed live-saving measures after finding the man at the scene, but he later died at the hospital.
Police continue to seek a suspect and say the investigation is still active.
