The 18-year-old man who was shot to death in Waukesha County Wednesday has been identified as Austin McGuire, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff.
McGuire was shot and killed in a house in the Town of Lisbon Wednesday morning.
First responders tried live-saving measures on McGuire when they responded to the home, but he was pronounced dead at Community Memorial Hospital.
A 21-year-old man from Milwaukee was with McGuire when deputies arrived. He cooperated with law enforcement and was detained and questioned at the sheriff's office.
The sheriff’s office said no one else was in the home and no one else was injured in the shooting.
