MILWAUKEE -- An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in Milwaukee Wednesday afternoon.
The shooting happened at approximately 3:55 p.m. near 68th and Congress streets.
Milwaukee police said the victim was shot during an argument.
Despite lifesaving efforts, the man died at the scene.
There are no suspects in custody.
