MILWAUKEE -- Police in Milwaukee are investigating an afternoon shooting that left a 17-year-old girl seriously injured.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of W. Atkinson Avenue.
According to police, the teen was shot while inside a vehicle. She suffered a serious injury and was transported to the hospital.
Police are still seeking suspects and are looking to determine the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
