KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) -- A 17-year-old boy accused of shooting at a group of teens on a Kenosha porch has been charged.
The Kenosha News reports the Racine boy has been charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by an adjudicated delinquent. He is in custody on a $20,000 bond.
Court records show a teenager told police she was sitting on the front porch on Oct. 10, when a car pulled up in front of the house. She told police the driver then said he was a member of the Latin Kings, and his passenger got out of the vehicle, pulled out a gun and fired a shot.
The criminal complaint shows a bullet was found inside the home's front door.
