MILWAUKEE – A 12-year-old Milwaukee boy was struck by gunfire on Milwaukee’s south side Sunday afternoon.
It happened just before 3 p.m. in an alley in the 1400 block between S. 9th and S. 10th Street.
According to Milwaukee police, a suspect in a vehicle fired shots in the area and a 12-year-old male was struck by the gunfire.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries, but at this time is expected to survive.
Milwaukee police continues to seek the suspect(s) and vehicle from this incident.
