HUBERTUS, Wisc. -- More than 30 adoptee families are spending Labor Day weekend with their children for the final day at Adoption Camp.

The event was held at YMCA Camp Minikani, located near Germantown.

This camp is important for families who have taken different paths to get to this point.

MIchelle St. Clair of Wauwatosa family told TODAY'S TMJ4 that she was matched with her daughter Zoe, after her birth mother used the Safe Haven Program when she was born.

"(It's a chance to) play together and also hear a little bit about what to expect at different ages," St. Clair said.

More than 100 people from all over the state and Chicagoland area took part in the event, including children adopted in the U.S. and internationally.
