TOWNSHIP OF ASHIPPUN -- One man was killed following a two-vehicle crash in the Township of Ashippun Wednesday morning.
The wreck happened at approximately 10:55 a.m. at the intersection of County Highway P and County Highway O.
According to the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, a Kia going east -- driven by a 16-year-old Richfield boy -- failed to yield the right of way to a GMC going north -- driven by John Rawlins, 74, of Ixonia -- and entered the intersection.
Officials said the front of the Kia struck the left side of the GMC, causing the GMC to overturn and eject the driver.
Rawlins was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Kia, as well as his 15-year-old passenger and a 72-year-old passenger in the GMC were taken to the hospital. All are expected to be OK.
