MILWAUKEE -- One person was killed and another was injured in a double shooting on Milwaukee's north side Wednesday evening, police say.
It happened around 5:45 p.m. in the 2800 block of N. 27th St. Police tell TODAY'S TMJ4 the circumstances around the shooting are still unclear, but a preliminary investigation revealed one of the victims may have been shot while inside a car.
A 34-year-old man died on his way to the hospital, despite lifesaving efforts from the Milwaukee Fire Department. A 24-year-old man was also shot and is being treated for "very serious" injures.
Police say they continue to search for suspects.
