A fatal crash in Fond du Lac County shutdown northbound lanes of I-41 for more than four hours Tuesday.
It's the second crash at the same spot within the last two weeks.
The crash happened near Wis 23. Three vehicles were involved, including a semi-tractor trailer.
Emergency responders were unable to revive one person who died at the scene. The driver of the semi was uninjured.
A third vehicle, that was not directly involved in the crash, sustained minor damage due to flying debris.
The Wisconsin State Patrol has a reconstruction team at the scene of the crash.
26-year-old David Michael Button, of Neenah , and an 8-year-old boy died in a crash in the same location on June 22 when a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze with three passengers, driven by a 23-year-old Neenah woman, slowed to stop behind a semi-truck and was struck from behind by a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
