The Dodge County Sheriff says that a 20-year-old man has died in an industrial accident there.
It happened at about 12:40 p.m. at Michels Corporation, a pipeline and excavation company located in Brownsville, Wis.
The Sheriff says a subcontractor based in Fond du Lac, All Tools, LLC, was cleaning pipes when one of them fell off a jack and went into the victim, which lead to injuries that killed him.
According to the sheriff, no specifics will be given on the victim's identity until family have been notified.
OSHA will work with Michels Corporation and All Tools, LLC in the investigation.
