Ashland Police need assistance in finding a missing man who has ties to the Milwaukee area.

Police say on the evening of September 23, 47-year-old Raymond L. Ocasio left a residence alone in the county of Ashland.  He was driving a 2013 Honda Civic, gray in color, with Wisconsin License pate ABU7748. Ocasio has not been seen since.

He may have driven himself to the Milwaukee area, given that he moved from there with his wife five years ago.
Ocasio's wife stated that this is very concerning behavior and it is not like anything Ocasio had done in the past.

Ocasio has not had any contact with his wife nor his family in the Milwaukee area since.  Investigation into this missing person's report showed that Ocasio had possession of two (2) cellular devices. Contact was made with the cellular phone providers, which showed that both phones had been shut off on 09-23-18. The ping data from the phones showed that they were last used in the city of Ashland on 09-23-18.

The wife of Ocasio stated that he had prior ties with the Spanish Cobras gang in Milwaukee area.

Ocasio stands five-feet seven-inches and weighs 300 pounds.  He has short brown hair, brown eyes, numerous tattoos, and does have the lower part of his right ear missing.

Anyone who spots Ocasio is asked to contact their local law enforcement department.
