(AP) -- Authorities say four people were killed and four others were injured when a fully loaded semi-truck hit a pickup truck and SUV in Walworth County.
The Walworth County Sheriff's Office says a preliminary investigation finds that the semi-truck was headed north on Highway K about 11:45 a.m. Saturday when the pickup truck failed to yield at a stop sign.
The semi crashed into the pickup truck's passenger side, and an SUV was also hit.
Three of the four people inside the pickup were killed and the other person was critically injured. One of the people inside the SUV was killed and the other was hospitalized with critical injuries. The two people inside the semi-truck were injured.
No names were released pending notification of family.The accident remains under investigation
