RACINE — Parents can bring their children's candy to the Racine Youthful Offender Correctional Facility on Halloween to have it checked for tainted candy.

The event starts at 5:00 p.m. and will go through 8:30 p.m. Children can also come dressed in Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat in the facility.
This is in response to warnings sent out earlier this week to be on the look out for candy that has been tampered with.
