MILWAUKEE — The first food truck park in Wisconsin opens this Saturday in Walker's Point.
Zócalo Food Park, located at 636 S. Sixth Street, will feature six different food trucks, a full-service bar, indoor/outdoor seating, parking for guests and a bocce ball court.
The food truck park will include four permanent food trucks, a seasonal truck and an incubator for start-up food trucks looking to gain recognition. Ruby's Bagels will be the first to take that space.
The permanent food trucks include: Mazorca Tacos, Fontelles's, Bowl Cut & Scratch Scoop Shop.
A seasonal truck has yet to be determined. The owners are looking for a sixth food truck to secure the last available spot.
