GREEN BAY — The Green Bay Packers are getting ready to celebrate a big milestone next month, the team’s 100th birthday.

To celebrate, the team is hosting a free birthday bash in the Lambeau Field Atrium on August 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The party will include cupcakes, available for fans throughout the day, as well as public screenings of the first episode of the Legacy documentary, which depicts the first decade of the team’s history.

The event will also feature several giveaways and prizes. Lambeau Field seed packets will be given away to honor 100 seasons of the packers. The seed packets allow fans to take home a piece of Lambeau Field and a piece of history, intended to help the team sow the seeds for the next 100 Seasons.

Fans can learn more or register their seed packets online here, to see where seeds are growing around the country. The first 5,000 fans at the Atrium on Aug. 11 will receive seed packets for free, with one in every 50 seed packets autographed by one of the following: Aaron Rodgers, Davante Adams, Kenny Clark, Jaire Alexander, Blake Martinez, Head Coach Matt LaFleur, General Manager Brian Gutekunst or Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy.
