MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee County Transit System is offering fast and affordable rides to Festa Italiana this year.
The Italian-themed festival is set to be on the Summerfest grounds Friday through Sunday.
With options like the Freeway Flyers, downtown shuttles and local routes, MCTS offers a variety of options to get you to and from the festival safely.
FREEWAY FLYERS
The Festa Italiana Freeway Flyers take you directly to the Mid Gate of the festival grounds. Flyers run approximately every 30 minutes. Festival-goers can catch a Freeway Flyer from the following park-ride lots:
- Brown Deer East - Brown Deer Road, west of I-43
- College - College Avenue, at I-94, north and south lots
- State Fair Park - I-94, S. 76th and W. Kearney Streets
Freeway Flyer and Downtown Shuttle service begins approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of each Festa Italiana day and runs for 30 minutes after gates close.
