Dogs take over Wauwatosa's Hart Park during Fido Fest 2017

Once a year, dogs in Wauwatosa take over in a celebration of man's best friend. "Fido Fest Wauwatosa" is an effort to promote and fund Barkley's Forever Friends, a dog rescue program.
