The countdown is on for Black Arts Fest MKE, and festivalgoers have even more to be excited about now that the headliners have been announced.
On Saturday, Aug. 4, blues legend Bobby Russ, R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné! and female hip-hop artist MC Lyte are taking over the Miller Lite Oasis at Henry Maier Festival Park.
Russ hits the stage at 6 p.m., followed by Tony! Toni! Toné! at 8 p.m. and MC Lyte at 10 p.m.
The festival is open from noon until midnight. Tickets are available online.
Black Arts Fest MKE is a celebration of African and African American culture through music, dances, food and more.
