2018 Sporkies finalists at Wisconsin State Fair [PHOTOS]

These are Water Street Brewery's 'Hot Chicken Bombs.' This is a combination of mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, corn and fried chicken. All hand rolled and injected with Water Street Brewery's Amber Beer gravy. Dipped in hot sauce and garnished with a pickle.
This is Brew City's 'Pig Candy Cannoli.' Inside is 4 slices of house candied sweet and smokey beer candy bacon, filled with cream cheese and a candied bacon cheesecake filling.
Also from the Water Street Brewery, this is 'Deep Fired Turducken On-a-Stick.' Fresh roast turkey, duck confit and fired chicken breates layered with stuffing and gravy. Add some WSB Amber beer gravy and Wisconsin cranberry sauce and you're set.
It wouldn't be Wisconsin without a beer float. This is Slim McGinn's Irish Pub's 'S'mores Beer Float.' It's made of Point Brewery's Milkshake Malt Porter beer, served with Cedar Crest Chocolate Marshmellow ice cream, chocolate syrup, graham cracker crumbs and a toasted marshmallow top. This is only for adults!
Here are 'Albanese's Deep-Fried Spinach Lasagna Bites.' This dish is lasagna noodles, combined with a blend of three cheeses, Italian bread crumbs and fried until they're golden brown.
From the Budweiser Pavilion, it's the 'PorkSTACKular.' This monster is 1/3 pound of pork belly patty, stacked with crispy, smokey bacon, deep-fried pickle fries and melted swiss cheese. To top it all off, they add some sweet n'spcicy "hot" honey served on a buttermilk caramelized-onion bun.
Here is Slim's PBR Park 'French Onion Soup On-a-Stick.' Carmalized onions, swiss cheese hand-rolled into a wonton and deep fried. Homemade onion au jus is served on the side for dipping.
Last, but not least, here is 'Saz's Breakfast Bombs.' This is a sweet cream, cheese stuffed French toast bagel bomb. On top is triple thick brown sugar and spice smoked bacon on-a-stick. It comes with a side of rum raisin cream cheese frosting.
