Feingold leads Johnson in St. Norbert College poll

A St. Norbert College poll shows Democrat Russ Feingold with a healthy lead over Republican Ron Johnson in the Wisconsin senatorial race.

Feingold received 52 percent of the vote among 664 registered likely voters, compared to Johnson's 40 percent. 

The survey asked for the voters' preference if the election were held today.

  • There was a glimmer of good news for Johnson in the results. He leads the contingent of voters who aren't sure of their choice but are leaning toward the Republican. 

    The poll has a margin of error of +/-3.8% at the confidence level of 95%.
