Charges have been filed against a second man involved in a deadly shooting outside an ice cream shop.
The criminal complaint said Tony Powell Jr. shot and killed a 26-year-old man out of retaliation outside the popular ice cream shop Tastee Twist.
Powell told another suspect, Otha Brown Jr., he thought the victim had shot and killed his friend.
Both men have also been charged in the death of 9-year-old Za’Layia Jenkins.
Powell is charged with first-degree homicide, and faces life in prison if convicted.
