Thomas Clodfelter, an inmate confined at Sturtevant Transitional Facility, walked away from a work-release site Sunday evening, according to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
A spokesperson with the department said the incident has been reported to the Racine County Sheriff’s Department.
