Jazz in the Park returns this Thursday! Every week, various local musicians will perform at Cathedral Square at the corner of Jefferson and Wells Streets. Happy hour begins at 5 p.m., with the music starting at 6 p.m. Check out the full summer lineup here.
The first-place Brewers welcome the Los Angeles Dodgers to town this weekend, and are handing out plenty of deals and giveaways in the process. Throw on a kilt and get down with your Scottish side at the 80th anniversary of the Milwaukee Highland Games. This Scottish festival takes place at Hart Park in Wauwatosa all day long, rain or shine. Tickets are $10 for adults, free for children 12 years old and under, and free for active military members in uniform.
Old World Wisconsin and the Museum of Beer and Brewing have partnered to bring 19th century beer back to the Milwaukee area. Check out the brewers as they make an American cream ale with equipment and techniques that were used in the 1800's.
