UW-Milwaukee is reportedly considering a move to the Missouri Valley Conference, according to Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

UWM has been a member of the Horizon League since the 2001-02 season.

The Missouri Valley Conference is looking for an additional member for the upcoming school year with Wichita State leaving for the American Athletic Conference.

According to Rosiak's sources, the MVC is looking for three schools to push the league-size from 10 to 12. Valparaiso, Murray State, and Nebraska-Omaha are also being considered.

The Panthers finished 11-24 (4-14) last season, but did advance all the way to the Horizon League championship game.
