Two suspects have been charged of homicide for the heroin overdose death of their friend last fall.

According to Milwaukee County Circuit Court documents, Kendall Marinier, 18, and Keslear Davis, 20, were both charged Thursday with first degree reckless homicide in the death of Emma Lorenz, who died of a overdose in November.

Lorenz, Marinier and Davis bought $40 worth of heroin and smoked and snorted it during a sleepover.  Marinier and Lorenz aso took Xanax, the documents said.

Lorenz was pronounced dead the next afternoon. Marinier was the first to find Lorenz.  She reportedly flushed the remaining heroin and the foil used to smoke the heroin down the toilet.

Marinier also faces two counts of bail jumping.
