Milwaukee man found not guilty in shooting death in front of a police station

The suspect turned himself in to police afterwards

A Milwaukee man was found not guilty by a jury Tuesday in the shooting death of another man in front of a Milwaukee police station.

Randall Drescher, 65, was accused of shooting and killing a 42-year-old Milwaukee man.The two were outside of MPD District Six on the South side. Drescher walked into the police station to turn himself in after the shooting.

According to the police report, the victim got in an argument with two men in a car outside the station.

The jury found Drescher not guilty of First Degree Reckless Homicide.
