A Milwaukee dad pulled his gun on a thief who ran into his home.

Greenfield Police said they pulled over a car with two people they said stole from a Pick 'N' Save in Greenfield.

One of the two ran from arrest, into a Milwaukee home.

Francisco Cabrera said he was sitting on his bed when a man he didn't know came to his room.

Cabrera said no, and meant it. He says he pulled out his "conceal carry" gun.

Cabrera said making the situation worse, was his children, including a son with autism, in the house with him.

He said police took his son out of the house, where the family waited for two hours for police to handle the incident.

Cabrera said it was a "bad situation" for the family, who he says may now move out of Milwaukee.

Greenfield Police said they arrested the man for theft and resisting arrest. They said Milwaukee Police is handling the entry at the Cabrera home as burglary.
