An Oconomowoc man has been accused of being the driver behind a deadly crash on I-94 that left one person dead
The Waukesha County Sheriff said in a news release Monday that Frank C. Schiller of Oconomowoc is accused of killing Peter Enns, of Canada, while he was near a van pulled over to the side of the road due to a flat tire Sunday.
A 37-year-old man and an 11-year-old child were also injured in the crash, but their injuries are considered non-life threatening.
Schiller will appear in court on Thursday at 1:15 p.m.
