Neighbors in Brewers Hill woke up to find about 30 neighborhood cars with tires slashed. They're just one of three neighborhoods reporting several tires slashed overnight.

Police confirm they had slashed tires reported at the following locations:

67 and Silver Spring Drive
MLK and Garfield
1st and Lloyd
Palmer and Garfield
54th and Villard Avenue
60th and Fairmount Avenue

Milwaukee Police district four told TODAY'S TMJ4 they had more than 11 reports come in Wednesday morning.

"Why would somebody do this to 30 cars of random strangers? It just doesn't make sense," said Paul McKenna, whose security cameras captured the slashers as the drove down the street.

In security camera footage from neighbors, you see a car drive into the neighborhood, the driver and passenger get out, stabbing tires as they go.

"It was an act of violence that was, basically, stupid," said Derek Kenner, whose tires were slashed.

Kenner said the act cost him his day, since he didn't have his car. That's in addition to the hundreds of dollars in towing and new tires.

Neighbors have provided security camera footage to police, who are investigating the possibility that the slashed tires across the city were committed by the same people.
