The food possibilities at the Wisconsin State Fair are endless. But one destination that is always a Fair-Goer's favorite is the Pork Schoppe! Friend of the Blend Lauren Scott joins us from the Fairgrounds to sample some of the offerings at the Pork Schoppe, including butterfly pork chops, pork burger and pork chop on a stick. She's joined by Keri Retallick from the Wisconsin Pork Association to explain what makes Wisconsin Pork special.
Visit the Pork Schoppe at Wisconsin State Fair, open from 9 am to 10 pm everyday, but closing at 9 pm on the final day of the Fair, August 11. They have a coupon available for Coleman Natural Meat!
