Cooking a Coffee Crusted Sirloin Steak

With fall and colder weather arriving, a lot of people are in the mood for some heartier food options. You can't get much heartier than steak and potatoes! Chef Mike Stigler from Thunder Bay Grille is back to make their new dinner feature - Coffee Crusted Sirloin Steak: A butterfly cut 9 ounce Certified Angus Sirloin steak seasoned with a Black Coffee BBQ Rub, seared, topped with shaved Tasso ham, drizzled with Cajun Béarnaise sauce, garnished with Smoked Paprika, served with roasted potatoes and crispy fried green beans.
